France Excellence Latvia Scholarship Campaign - Masters
Every year, the French government offers competitive grants to Latvian students who choose to study for their Masters in France.
These scholarships provide students with a number of benefits, including:
- A monthly allowance of €860;
- Social security insurance coverage;
- A welcome and support service offered by Campus France.

Call for applications for the High Level Scientific Visiting Grant
The French Embassy and the French Institute of Latvia are renewing their mobility programme for young researchers: the Séjour Scientifique de Haut Niveau.
Created with the aim of initiating and strengthening scientific cooperation between France and Latvia, this grant enables young Latvian researchers to spend two weeks in a research laboratory in France.
The call for applications is open until 31th of October 2025.
