As part of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the French Institute of Latvia is organizing the seminar “European digital sovereignty – French and Latvian perspectives”.
The event aims to analyze both the challenges and the opportunities of technological transformations, both at the institutional level (States, European Union and international system) and at the societal level (for the actors of civil society and the economic sector). Beyond the state of affairs, it will be question of solutions that can be implemented at the level of the States and of the European Union, including within the framework of bilateral Franco-Latvian cooperation and of civil society.
