OUR EXPERIENCE
The French Institute in Latvia has been offering French language courses to all audiences for more than 25 years. The French Institute in Latvia offers standard French language courses and a wide range of themed courses for adults, adolescents and children, for groups or individuals, face-to-face or online. All activities are developed based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and are taught in French, for a better immersion in the language and in the culture.
LICENSES OF PROGRAMMES
All programmes of activities of the French Institute in Latvia have been accredited by the Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Riga City Hall. When filling out your annual income tax return declaration, do not forget to declare the payments made for the French language courses that you attended at the French Institute!

OUR PROFESSORS
The professors of the French Institute in Latvia are specialized in teaching French language as a foreign language in groups and for individuals. Activities are conducted by both local and French professors.
EXAMINATION CENTER
The French Institute in Latvia is the only examination centre in Latvia that issues internationally recognized standard French language (DELF-DALF) diplomas and French business language (DFP) diplomas.
The French Institute in Latvia is also a distribution-partner of Ev@langue, a modern and reliable online French language assessment tool for individuals, businesses and language centers.
