The French institute in Latvia and the Goethe-Institute Riga invite all creatives to join their free collaborative creation workshop “Think Un*Common” in August 2022
Professionals, students and enthusiasts from all creative fields are invited to join the 3-days collaborative creation workshop Think Un*Common from August 24 to August 27, 2022. The event will be hosted at the RTU Science and Innovation Center – Dizaina fabrika.
Three key moments will highlight the event: a meet and greet between all participants, mentors and coordinators, free creation time in teams and an artworks’ exhibition evening as a joyful closure. Selected participants will work in teams under an intense yet proactive timeframe on a creation challenge about their collective vision of our common future at the age of digitalization and sustainability, with the close mentorship of professionals from Germany, France and Latvia. They will enjoy full access to the RTU Design Factory, technicians’ help and a team’s budget, as well as coffee breaks, lunches & a friendly non-competitive atmosphere.
The registration is free and open to all creative minds from a wide range of expertise: visual art, performance, architecture, sculpting, coding, illustration, electronics, designers, engineering and other. Call for participants is open until July 24 th at midnight, following a registration link on the website and the Facebook event.
