The vast majority of higher education institutions in Latvia have established partnerships with French universities or schools. The University of Latvia, member of the Francophone University Association, and Riga Technical University currently have the largest number of French partners. Double Franco-Latvian degrees have been set up in tourism, finance and business administration sectors.
SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION: THE HUBERT CURIEN PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMME, OSMOZE
The Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC) Osmose is a French-Latvian mobility program for researchers. This bilateral program aims to develop the exchange of scientific and technological expertise between the research centres of the two countries by developing new cooperation partnerships.
